A method to correct pushing with the legs too long/straightening the legs too early that we did for one of our remote lifters!
We can’t jump with straight legs, so creating the sensation of a hard leg drive versus a violent hip bash means we have to back it up and evaluate the positions that we are working with.
The best way to FEEL the position is to hold it. Pauses are great for finding timing and balance errors. When you pause at your power position, are your legs ready to “jump” or are your hips ready to “hump”?
