#GetTechnical by getting open and tall through the top of your pull!
In this clip, our remote lifter is getting plenty of speed through the middle, but losing contact and drive against the ground which is resulting in backward travel. When transitioning through the top of your pull, make sure to:
✅Keep feet on the ground as long as possible
✅Straighten the legs through the top (PUSH!)
✅Open the upper body
The lifter may sometimes experience a backward jump if:
❌Focused on HIP drive
❌Behind the barbell too early
❌Losing leg drive against the ground
