Youth Weightlifting Camp at Keep Pulling Trinity!

Our 2022 two week Youth Weightlifting Camp was a hit! We had a great time helping these athletes learn and refine their technique in the snatch, clean, jerk, and bench press. They were able to work directly with our coaches in a group environment to really hone in on their individual needs.
