Two Week Youth Weightlifting Training Camp!

This two week Weightlifting training camp is aimed at high school Weightlifters and will focus on the fundamentals of:

  • Snatch
  • Clean & Jerk
  • Bench Press
  • Squats, Deadlifts, Pulls, etc.
  • Explosive Power
  • Flexibility, Mobility, & Recovery
  • Nutrition
