This two week Weightlifting training camp is aimed at high school Weightlifters and will focus on the fundamentals of:
- Snatch
- Clean & Jerk
- Bench Press
- Squats, Deadlifts, Pulls, etc.
- Explosive Power
- Flexibility, Mobility, & Recovery
- Nutrition
