Get Started with Weightlifting


Hybrid Weightlifting Membership – 3 Days/Week
This program is part of CrossFit 813’s Weightlifting program and is geared toward the CrossFit athlete that is looking to incorporate Olympic weightlifting as part of their training. The exercises and workouts will be tailored to you and will fit in to your existing program. Hybrid weightlifters receive a three (3) day per week program designed to improve technique and proficiency with the snatch and clean & jerk.

Small Group Training for CrossFit Athletes
Discounted small group training is available for 3 or more available at CrossFit 813 in Tampa. These sessions must be scheduled in advance outside of Weightlifting class times and coaching hours. Contact Patrick for availability and rates.

Personal Training for CrossFit Athletes
One-on-one personal training sessions available at CrossFit 813 in Tampa. These sessions must be scheduled in advance outside of Weightlifting class times and coaching hours. Contact Patrick for availability and rates.
