High School Weightlifting Summer Training Camp

Keep Pulling will be hosting a 2 week training camp for High School Weightlifting Athletes. The focus of this camp will be to improve the Clean & Jerk and Bench Press for the upcoming High School FHSSA Weightlifting season.

Participants will spend time working with our experienced USA Weightlifting Coaching Staff as well as a seasoned USA Powerlifting Coach.

2019 Camp Dates:
June 3, 4, 6, 10, 11, 13
1:30PM to 3:30PM at our Ybor City Location
