At Keep Pulling, our Weightlifting training & coaching is built for every stage of the journey—from your very first lift to the international competition platform. We've helped thousands of beginners and seasoned competitors, and proudly coached athletes all the way to representing Team USA.
Since 2009, our structured sessions have focused on building strength, refining technique, and progressing the Olympic lifts: the snatch and the clean & jerk. Each workout is programmed with purpose and delivered in a supportive team environment, where you'll receive hands-on coaching, individualized feedback, and a clear path forward.

When I first started, I had no idea what Olympic Weightlifting even was. Patrick asked me if I wanted to try it out and then spent hours working with me and helping me to become the best lifter I could be. This ultimately helped me be the strongest lifter on my football team and also helped me become a lot more explosive and faster on the field than I ever would have been without Weightlifting!
