COURSE SCHEDULE
Our monthly courses start on the first Wednesday of the month and meet for ten (10) total sessions.
Mondays: 6:00PM to 7:00PM
Wednesdays: 6:00PM to 7:00PM
Fridays: 5:00PM to 6:00PM

COURSE OBJECTIVES
Specialized Coaching
Don’t do it alone! Ditch the YouTube videos and work directly with our expert Weightlifting coaching staff! We’ll teach you the proper way to lift in-person!
Two Levels of Academy
Start your lifting off right! Learn the basics with our Level 1 Intro Course then continue with our Level 2 Training Program!
Small Group Classes
Don’t get lost; get instruction! We limit our monthly Level 1 Courses to FOUR (4) people so that you get maximum attention to detail!
Beginner Friendly
No experience? No problem! Our Level 1 Academy Course is meant specifically for new and beginning lifters!
