Fundamentals of Weightlifting

This 4-part progressive “on-ramp” series is designed to teach you the basics of the snatch and clean & jerk from the ground up. Each series is limited to 4 participants so that each new lifter will get personal attention and hands-on instruction learning the lifts. This is perfect for those with minimal experience to learn the nuances of the lifts. Topics covered include position drills, terminology, and program notation.

NOTE: Participating in this course or testing out is required before attending open training hall hours.
