MANAGING AND SENDING VIDEOS FOR REVIEW
Please use our Facebook group for all training videos. This group is set to private, so you will have to request to be added. Only members of the group can see its contents.
This provides a centralized location for uploading your training videos for me to review. This simplifies the sending process and will also give everyone the opportunity to see others lifting, different styles, and any corrections that I might point out so that you can all start to recognize what it means to visually identify corrections in others.
Let’s all please be supportive of one another and keep the video sharing to 10 videos or so per week per person (warm up sets, working sets, and maybe some pulls/squats).
INTRODUCTORY TRAINING PROGRAM
4 Week Introduction Program
Introductory training cycle for anyone beginning with 813 Weightlifting. This program is designed to gradually introduce you to the workload of a full Weightlifting training cycle.
DEVELOPMENTAL TRAINING PROGRAMS
Developmental Training Program #1
8 Week, 5 Day per week – This is a basic technical development program with squat and strength conditioning that tapers to a max week in week 8.
Developmental Training Program #2
10 Week, 5 days per week – This intermediate technical development program includes more complexes, higher rep sets, and a 3 week taper to a competition total in week 10.
COMPETITION TRAINING PROGRAMS
11 Week Cycle (05/20/16)
This is the current Team 813 Weightlifting competitors’ training program with 6 sessions per week. The first three weeks are very high volume with squats preceding the classic lifts. There are also full-body accessory supersets on Wednesdays and Saturdays. This one is great for getting jacked and tan, but work your way up to this program!
