USA Weightlifting Club
All our locations are registered USA Weightlifting clubs.
Full-Time Schedule
We offer Weightlifting training hours 6 days per week under supervision of our coaching staff.
Expert Coaching Experience
Led by Tampa’s only USA Weightlifting Certified Level-3 National Coach and support staff.
Monthly Technique Courses
Our Weightlifting Technique Courses start every first Monday of the month. Learn the lifts or focus on improving your technique in a small class size!
